The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program | THR Video

The Hollywood Reporter and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles joined forces to form the Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program. Every year, high-ranking female entertainment execs meet up with high school junior girls from underserved communities in South and East Los Angeles, helping to ready them for college and beyond. Four mentees each year even receive full-ride scholarships to Loyola Marymount and Chapman University.
